碲化鎘薄膜太陽能電池的含鎘量大約在7g/m2 左右(一般在3~10 g/m2范圍內),且主要以碲(di)化(hua)鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)的(de)(de)(de)形式存(cun)在(zai)。薄(bo)(bo)(bo)膜(mo)太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)電池中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)的(de)(de)(de)含(han)(han)(han)量(liang)(liang)與電池的(de)(de)(de)面積以及CdTe和CdS薄(bo)(bo)(bo)膜(mo)太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)層的(de)(de)(de)厚度(du)成比例關系(xi)。一平(ping)(ping)方米大(da)的(de)(de)(de)電池片,平(ping)(ping)均(jun)每微米厚度(du)的(de)(de)(de)碲(di)化(hua)鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)薄(bo)(bo)(bo)膜(mo)太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)層含(han)(han)(han)鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)量(liang)(liang)為2.9克(ke)(ke),每微米厚度(du)硫(liu)化(hua)鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)薄(bo)(bo)(bo)膜(mo)太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)層含(han)(han)(han)鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)量(liang)(liang)約(yue)3.7克(ke)(ke)。一般工藝中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),碲(di)化(hua)鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)薄(bo)(bo)(bo)膜(mo)太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)層的(de)(de)(de)厚度(du)大(da)約(yue)在(zai)1~3微米左右,而硫(liu)化(hua)鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)薄(bo)(bo)(bo)膜(mo)太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)層的(de)(de)(de)厚度(du)則在(zai)0.2微米左右。也就是說,每平(ping)(ping)米的(de)(de)(de)電池片中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),碲(di)化(hua)鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)薄(bo)(bo)(bo)膜(mo)太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)層的(de)(de)(de)含(han)(han)(han)鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)量(liang)(liang)在(zai)3~9克(ke)(ke)左右,而硫(liu)化(hua)鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)薄(bo)(bo)(bo)膜(mo)太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)層的(de)(de)(de)含(han)(han)(han)鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)量(liang)(liang)則小(xiao)于1克(ke)(ke)。并且,隨(sui)著研究和行業(ye)工藝的(de)(de)(de)發展(zhan),薄(bo)(bo)(bo)膜(mo)太(tai)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)層的(de)(de)(de)厚度(du)還將繼(ji)續(xu)減小(xiao),也就是說碲(di)化(hua)鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)電池中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)含(han)(han)(han)鎘(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)量(liang)(liang)也將繼(ji)續(xu)減少。
